How to use:

Rub a small amount on the effected area such as the temples, shoulders or neck. Rub / massage until fully absorbed. Do not wash off. 

For external use only / do not consume. Safe on pregnancy and children. Be sure to perform a skin patch test prior to using our product. Do not use on children below 12 months. Use only as directed.

If you experience a tingling or itchy reaction this is completely normal due to the possible chance of having magnesium deficiency.
