Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not available at launch.

Cost and timing

• Shipping is free on every order.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days from our U.S. warehouse.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

A note on early orders

While our Mildred's boxes are in production, some early orders may arrive in unbranded transitional packaging. It's the exact same product inside — and we'll add 20% off your next order to say thanks for being early.

Lost, damaged or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@mildredswash.com — we'll send a replacement or refund you, no debate.
