Refund Policy — The Mildred's Promise

60 days. One email. Keep everything.

Wash with Mildred's for up to 60 days from your delivery date. If it isn't the best thing to ever happen to your laundry — whatever brought you here — we'll refund your order in full.

• No return label. You don't ship anything back. Keep the box.
• No forms, no questionnaires. One email is all it takes.
• Full refund to your original payment method.

How to claim it

1. Email hello@mildredswash.com
2. Include your full name and the email address used at checkout
3. Mention you're using the Mildred's Promise

We reply within 48 business hours. Refunds are issued within 14 days of confirmation; depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear.

Conditions

The Mildred's Promise applies once per household, on your first order. Orders placed with the manifest intent of circumventing this limit (multiple accounts or email addresses for the same household) may be declined. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away — this does not use your Mildred's Promise.
